Starting another project

I'm starting another project, and this time its a really good one, Vincent van Gogh. I found out I'm related to the guy, so I thought I'd do a project on him. I'm pretty stoked about it. So far I started a new blog for the project. I just started it but check it out.

Completed Third Project

On Friday I got my Post-eval, to officially end my skateboard project. I was successful and got the credit I was hoping for. Thanks to Aunty Kelly, Mr. Bright, and Uncle Feki.

Assignment

In blogging class we each were assigned different words to look up and learn about, and we each had to post a blog explaining what they are. My words were AdSense and Moblog.





AdSense is an advertisement application run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program to enable text, image, and more recently, video advertisements on their websites. These advertisements are administered by Google and generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis. Google beta tested a cost-per-action service, but discontinued it in October 2008 in favor of a DoubleClick offering (also owned by Google)

The term "moblogging" was coined by Adam Greenfield to describe the practice in 2002. According to Joi Ito's History of Moblogs, Steve Mann sent the first moblog post to the web in 1995 from a wearable computer .

In the future, video cell phones may allow millions of users to film newsworthy footage and send it to news broadcasters instantly, further altering the balance between traditional media outlets and consumers of information.

Finishing Project

Finally I'm getting my post-eval for my Skateboarding deck project. I completed my Skateboard that I made from scratch and finished my power point. Today after school is my post and I'm confident that I will pass.

First entry

Went to Koko Marina to practice my wake boarding for the upcoming competition. My big brother has been teaching me a new trick, and I was hyped up to get it down. Thanks to my brother I was able to land it successfully over and over again.
